The company is open to innvovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i m a part of a team that make reliable,high quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high.sometimes,I have to work 14-18 hours straigjt in a day as I have to atrend client valls in the evening and sometimes late into night.

Dislikes

One aspect that can be challenging at Vishakha Renewables is dealing with delays in maintenance and repair work. Management more focused on production not in QEHS policies.

1. Behalf of bonus grocery allotment 2. Performance based increment not provided, all person having 5 to 10 % increment in a year. 3. Company own canteen facility is not available, its using Adani canteen.
