Top management peoples are very worst they dont have any oppourtunity to work other company so they doing jaldra to owner and GM expecting from employees is replaceing god photo into owner photo in our house . And they told everyone to"today you are eating food & wearing a dress " is provided by our owner so think about your work....he is a shit . GM was damaing owners name and broking employess trust about the MD at last if you want to work in visalam energy you have to forget your family and work for them continiously wothout getting an appreciation including gossips

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
