I have worked as assistant manager (Veterinary) and it was best exprnc a vet doc can ever have. Higher officer so co-operative it will not make much difference. Exposure for exprnce on next level lot. . Overall if i can den i would quit my government job and joim there back again.

The employees are very cooperative. The workload is also fair on its part. The best part about this dairy is the incentives they provide. The food at the canteen is tasty as well as hygienic.

There are internal politics which disturb the working environment and have created differences among the employees which is quite disturbing.
