textile company in HR management and company management not good.because employees pramotion only partiality.bcz assistant leval not give to chance pramotion SR ASSISTANT, supervisor last 5,6,7,8,9,10 years of no chance.. Not matter how u educated experience employees.. Only promotion is given partiality base ..this is real fact in nagpur factory'..chamchegiri karne walo ko pramotion milta h..

They don't have budget but they will interview candidate & they will start bargaining the salary Recently my friend given interview for executive executive role he is holding 1year exp interview got selected but they are informing we don't have budget Don't waste your time. The HR team will say all story.

...ion 120employee removed from immediately without informing. So job not secure. Which employees from job his salary deducted 10%.. and other activities bus canteen, increment, accommodation are immediately without informing stop. So very bad...carrer growth has been stop.

Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good. Appraisal are fair and they give good salary. But from may month 10 % salary decucted up to 31 march 2021 due to covid 19.
