My boss Ramesh Krishnan was an awesome personality to work with. All the members used to work on same level to make you feel comfortable and help you to learn new things. Zero politics, poor appraisal policy. It is US based company so they don’t understand Indian norms of appraisal.

...ll your professional mails and platforms, and ask you to put down your papers. N in some rare cases they pay you two months salary after firing you. They fire without prior intimation or warning and everyone acts as if it happened without their knowledge. 😄

Visahq is a USA based company which do not understand the culture aand market in India. They are very rigid and not willing to change. Something very devastating for there business.

Management in USA do not trust anyone in any of there offices elsewhere in the world. They even don't want to understand simple thing that USA and Indian market is different so as the pricing.
