...ddress our issues. Working location and living location distance it's to long. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. No salary increment last 3 years. There is notice period 3 months before which you cannot resign. No excuse in notice period.

This company is broke company. No budget for anything. Boring office with no morale building programs, no fun activities. You have to be very close with the manager in particular the assistant. Only then you will be benefitted. For ex. You can take n number of leaves, n number of work from home, wear whatever you want, you will be made senior engineer without even completing the probation period. You will also get increment as long you are manager's yes man. If you are close with them the assistant to the manager will be scared of you. Your hardwork, your intense dedication to the company will not be noticed as long you are that yes man to the manager. You will be questioned for not doing work even though you spent hours if not days there. So i request you to not join this company and look for some other company. Joining this company would be a disaster.

once appointed after didn’t fallows client side any problem is there are not any thing didn’t asking, and then not change in other locations also that’s a main issues bcoz some locations client side didn’t provide single drop of water also not allow any electronic components alone only working that time understand my problems.

It's a best place to learn new skills along with multiple devices as well as with multiple client requirements. Also seniors are more cooperative. I always enjoy working with my manager as well as with my collogues.

Atmosphere is good and everyone have helping nature and they won't leave you hang they will always help. It's really a wonderful experience for me this past 2 years.

Well if I say nothing that will be a lie. So there are some backlog they need to find and clear it.
