Rupam's skillset is so widespread that you get into a fix deciding what to learn from him. then there's his wife Oli, who, apart from heading the entire creative dept, also acts as the "go to" person. they strictly believe in work-life balance and you get to know about it from the very first day you join the place. rupam is uncannily adeptat finding out the kind of guy you are and the kind of work that you can excel in. something most of us do not. so he shows you the right path to your future. he also insists in multidisciplinary activities as it helps you grow beyond what you think your specialty is. once a Virus employee, you become extremely focused and realise that this is the place you've always wanted to associate yourself with. so a job in Virus can change your life & career,

Dislikes

apart from the fact that you get spoiled with affection, i cannot think of a single point that i dislikes about the place and the people.
