... about Virtusa, It is not Best Company to work with ...Don't Waste your time ...I was not Paid 7 Months Variable Pay...Hyderabad Campus, It is Most unethical Company..No Labour Law followed, Leave Encashment is very poor, When want leave Manager Don't give, To make investment they Money...Not to give Hike..I been Part of it, Feel bad working at Virtusa...Don't even think to Join here, They don't pay well...HR is name sake...They need Commission and bribe for any thing...

Good Environment, Good salary and appraisal are not bad it's look decent

Job security is not much as possible . Mostly in Dec/ March project get closed and need try for another project can't able to work stable in one project for long period of time

No strong management. Managers and pmo activities employees will sit onshore and skilled employees work from offshore. Management failed bring new projects

Work culture, work life balance, job security, working hours. Your login hours are 9 hours, they make sure that you have continues 8 hours of work. You also need to provide weekend support, they are reluctant to provide you the compoff.
