That Virtusa does not have projects so people are in bench so they are just sitting gossiping and taking salary. People come at 11.00 in morning and go at 6 at evening. During that time people just roaming around for coffe luch and games.

Dislikes

Everything except they are not having work🙃 the worst thing they give preference to local people, and also relocation is not possible... My suggestion for fresher is not to join virtusa still it is giving u 4.5, 5, 5.5 or 6.5 LPA don't go for money u will regret.

...licy. They have needlessly made training tougher , not provided internships etc. They have forced students into retraining again and again with no pay at all. The worst part is they don't even communicate. HR s are not responsive and just send automated emails. Don't ever opt for this company. Period!

Developing skills/Learning is better. We can learn and work in latest technolgies hands-on. Good Experience

Slow growth in compensation. Unnoticed during appraisals inspite of working well and knowing about my work.

Salary is decent but no hikes,and carrer growth is very slow.Projects are very limited ,if u got any project also,just you are billable for the project,work will be not given.

Company has poor planning for freshers, I stayed on bench for around 4 months, and rest of the year was wasted on a project which has nothing much to do just copy and paste. Terrible experience everyday I felt guilt of joining company as fresher. Salary is lower then industry standard, no training, no learning, simply hell.

All dislike accept salary on time.
