Board of directors are writing fat bonus checks for themselves while no salary hikes or bonuses for employees. The leadership is all big talk and no action, creating a hierarchy full of dissatisfied mid level managers taking their frustrations out on team members.

I appreciate several aspects of working at Virtusa Consulting Services Private Limited. They offer a hybrid work mode, which provides flexibility. The employees and culture are excellent, maintaining a decent and professional environment. They also provide reimbursements for internet bills and food. The company's projects and clients are impressive, particularly in the banking sector, which ensures a strong tech stack. One of the best perks is the free certification opportunities; I've completed Java 8 and AWS certifications at no cost. Additionally, after completing certifications, you receive rewards, such as $300.

Dislikes

...hybrid work. Secondly, the company lacks in providing promotions and appraisals. Despite completing two years, I haven't received a single promotion, and the process for variable pay is unclear and seemingly arbitrary.Furthermore, there aren't many projects available, resulting in many employees being on the bench for extended periods, sometimes up to 2-3 years. This situation leads to a lack of salary hikes and job security. Additionally, the company frequently conducts 'EIQ' exams (skill tests), which can lead to employees being terminated based on the results.

Employee will be treated with superior respect and growth opportunities are all over the organisation, they will provide the employee with enough skill development and learning environment

Salary range is lesser than industry standards.

This is an MNC which is very good for freshers, the best salary in the industry will be provided to the freshers, Very very good company for development and testing and cloud computing projects But only regret is that management won't treat you like employee, The offboarding part id very difficult, literally they will see you as enemiy once you applied for resignation

Internal politics are at peak level, no value for true skilled guys

Since there is Variable pay, we don’t receive it as promised 😔 while we receive it max amount is deducted as TAX. So this variable pay won’t be helpful
