Worest company ever, they don't give salary in payslip as they mentione in the offer letter first of all. second HR tell lies like you salary will get hike like in anything in 3 months until u join which they never do. even though ur serving notice period they will ask the amount to pay instead of they do F&F.

I appreciate several aspects of working at Virtusa Consulting Services Private Limited. They offer a hybrid work mode, which provides flexibility. The company's projects and clients are impressive, particularly in the banking sector, which ensures a strong tech stack. One of the best perks is the free certification opportunities; I've completed Java 8 and AWS certifications at no cost. Additionally, after completing certifications, you receive rewards, such as $300.

...hybrid work. Secondly, the company lacks in providing promotions and appraisals. Despite completing two years, I haven't received a single promotion, and the process for variable pay is unclear and seemingly arbitrary.Furthermore, there aren't many projects available, resulting in many employees being on the bench for extended periods, sometimes up to 2-3 years. This situation leads to a lack of salary hikes and job security. Additionally, the company frequently conducts 'EIQ' exams (skill tests), which can lead to employees being terminated based on the results.

Job security - As this company doesn't have lot of projects so if we are released from a project it is rather a daunting task to get another one. Company culture - The hired resources are sent to work with the clients where the resources have to manage everything on their own.

- Only few good clients - Slashed billing rates to clients to win projects. - Project unable to pay salary to billable experienced employees - Worst management - Most of the managers are Excel pundit they have no idea what technology is - They give unrealistic deadlines to clients - There are thousands of non productive, non billable liabilities are sitting and eating large chunk of the revenue without doing any productive work - No value for experienced technical persons - Cafeteria is horrible (not a single company has such a horrible cafeteria) - No office transport is available - If you belong to a specific state in India, then only you survive
