Very good place to upgrade ourselves with advanced technologies, work life balance is very good here. Transportation facility is good.

Dislikes

Salary and appraisal, not a fair process of assessment. Transportation team management is worst.

There is no job safety there all r in contract position, when I was going to interview SJRIT park , Sagar bahu, waiting for more than 3 hourse to each and every candidate, he doesn't has good skills and knowledge, simply ask one question tell me your self, and say ,"presently no job, ur cv not moving next round". But his senior manager called me took interview, and give offer letter, here training and development department is not good, no good working culture, all employees are very rude, rumours and we faced lot of problems there. Without saying anything after three months u will remove from the job. No work satisfaction at all , company campuses is good only, all senior manager were very strict, rumours to newly joined candidates, poor quality, work culture, they show anger perception towards others employees . Here account manager took interview on technical recruitment, he doesn't knowledge of technical position Sagar bahu

Poor cafeteria.. Sagar bahu not allowed to take the food . Senior employee gave me and other very much tourcher related to work . Cafeteria have poor quality of foods.

Base salary is low Promotions are not initiated on time due which employee gets frustrated and start searching for the new job

Salary only On Time. No weeks off on Saturday and Sunday.

Client location in Bank is very worst.Pf is reduced from out salary both employee share and employer share.Dont join any one.within three months I have kept a resignation.open heartedly telling don't join in client location for banking project.
