Work pressure, layoff,keep in bench for long time for approximately 1 year and no salary increment & promotion if you are in bench and from last 2 year if you got increment percentage is 4%.

Worest company ever, they don't give salary in payslip as they mentione in the offer letter first of all. second HR tell lies like you salary will get hike like in anything in 3 months until u join which they never do. even though ur serving notice period they will ask the amount to pay instead of they do F&F.

I suggested don't join in this company if u have any other offer. if u dont have choise thn go with worest company

I appreciate several aspects of working at Virtusa Consulting Services Private Limited. They offer a hybrid work mode, which provides flexibility. ...hybrid work. Secondly, the company lacks in providing promotions and appraisals. Despite completing two years, I haven't received a single promotion, and the process for variable pay is unclear and seemingly arbitrary.Furthermore, there aren't many projects available, resulting in many employees being on the bench for extended periods, sometimes up to 2-3 years. This situation leads to a lack of salary hikes and job security. Additionally, the company frequently conducts 'EIQ' exams (skill tests), which can lead to employees being terminated based on the results.

That Virtusa does not have projects so people are in bench so they are just sitting gossiping and taking salary. People come at 11.00 in morning and go at 6 at evening. During that time people just roaming around for coffe luch and games.

Everything except they are not having work🙃 the worst thing they give preference to local people, and also relocation is not possible... My suggestion for fresher is not to join virtusa still it is giving u 4.5, 5, 5.5 or 6.5 LPA don't go for money u will regret.

...licy. They have needlessly made training tougher , not provided internships etc. They have forced students into retraining again and again with no pay at all. The worst part is they don't even communicate. HR s are not responsive and just send automated emails. Don't ever opt for this company. Period!
