it all depend on the project ,the work is stable but other than there are no pros to mention

the long term projects does not give room to grow and explore new opportunities and also the benefits and compensation are not upto the industry standards

I loved the learning track for freshers and experienced professionals.also the work environment was awesome.rapid growth curve can be seen based on projects(development) u'll be working upon.

V pay component is not that good compared to other organisations.

Do I have a zero star ? That is what I can give here . Worst one to work with , please do not join as a fresher!

No growth , low compensation, no good hikes, I can hardly remember anything good about working here.

The company is open to new technologies and readily adopts various latest technologies. I love the fact that Learning and skill development curve linearly increases and provides opportunity.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow and times to extend working hours.

The ratings which being provided is genuine. Virtusa will not give hikes once they recruit for qatar positions. Virtusa will so easily give NOC if client Intent to take you. Virtusa offers less salary as compare with other consultancies in qatar. If anybody want to come to qatar through virtusa, think twice. Uncertainty in job, insecurity in job is very much high.
