Honestly, I don’t like a thing about this company. Only thing is most of the time there’s no work pressure.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

There’s a huge deduction in salary. There’s nothing much to learn and grow here as there are very few projects left here. Variable pay and Hike calculation are so complex. Hike is very negligible and variable is so high which is paid only once a year. 9 hours is mandatory and very less work from home opportunity.

...f. I can guarantee that career growth will be there. Also, nice bench concept. Very less salary hikes and promotions. Difficult to maintain work life balance when we are in projects. Nice option for Innovation things.

When they don't have projects in respective domain....they will make/ask us to change to other technology with out asking employee input. In my case,even though I am 2.10 years experience guy in Pega , they asked me to change technology from Pega to Other technology (manual testing/Dot net...) Which is undigestable thing for me. Nobody wants to go from a booming technology to wavering technology.

That Virtusa does not have projects so people are in bench so they are just sitting gossiping and taking salary. People come at 11.00 in morning and go at 6 at evening. During that time people just roaming around for coffe luch and games.

Everything except they are not having work🙃 the worst thing they give preference to local people, and also relocation is not possible... My suggestion for fresher is not to join virtusa still it is giving u 4.5, 5, 5.5 or 6.5 LPA don't go for money u will regret.

Worst company ever. A fresher's nightmare.

Dislikes

...licy. They have needlessly made training tougher , not provided internships etc. They have forced students into retraining again and again with no pay at all. The worst part is they don't even communicate. HR s are not responsive and just send automated emails. Don't ever opt for this company. Period!
