Manger will be changed so frequently for no reason but they are able to provide ratings without any knowledge on the project. No appraisal discussion with employees.

No job security Client location terrible No benefits who’s going to work on client location. Client won’t respect the employees who’s from this company, all contracts anytime gets over no proper duration and no early communication also. This company does anything for only clients not for employee be careful.

1) No salary hike 2) Managers and HRs are totally dumb and they do not respond of emails and team chat. 3) No appraisal time cycle 4) Duffer CEO, he does not know how to run the company. Not sure till how long this company will survive.
