1) No salary for freshers and not even for experienced 2) Take fresh graduate advantage in the name of training 3) Deploy at any location with only 300rs allowance 4) And they have contract with mnc that will not provide employees who's working with them even you apply from outside 5) They assign work after 6:30 and even on weekends by pressurized

Lowest salary packages, young management people don't care about employees benifit even they know everything, no corporate level facilities, you have to lie to work for Honeywell project you have to be prepare and fake that you have experience in certain job role otherwise you can't get any project and this is not management's responsibility it's yours. to fake it and get a project. If u dont any u won't receive any salary. So do or die.. also all competetors made a deal so any ex employee of another company can't join another. So u will left with very few options if u try switching ur company.

For those who eager to learn. Mostly for fresher candidate who want to develop as a Project Engineer. Working nearly about two years in this company I feel that I could get plenty of opportunities to move to multinational company. All colleagues and Managers are hardworking and helpful.

-Poor Management. (Particularly Travelling Expense) -Pay is not standardize.
