Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

No KT, zero work ethics, worst working culture, No systematic process, zero development architecture, mental harassment, warning for removal from the project if didn't update the details just in a day of CR, No response for the mail, not understanding of emergency mails and leaves, even if you are in sick leave you need to work from home etc etc etc
