There is nothing to say as good, they are very cunning people and only looking to harm innocent people and take advantage of their innocency. Better they have to shut off the office and do Job somewhere.

Dislikes

Many things. Management is Husband and wife and they are just simply the cheapest mindset people. False commitment. Salay Hold without any reason. Unhealthy work-life balance. Rude HR Manager. No regular work to grow. Not suitable in any aspect. Not having a good image in the market. There are many Negative points but Strogents recommendation as a BIG NOOOO...

Working in virtual simutech is always good and working team also good and their cooperation is also acceptable career growth is also better compare to others and the company provides good appraisal compared to other company and about learning things there are lot of learning things are there to become a strong person in the market finally work environment also very good

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
