The only positive aspect of my time at this company was the camaraderie and support of my colleagues. They made the otherwise unbearable experience slightly tolerable, and I cherish the relationships I built with them. The moments spent bonding with my peers will remain the only good memory of this organization.

Unethical Salary Practices: Salaries are delayed regularly with baseless excuses, despite employees being paid below market standards. Unrealistic Targets: The Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) process is designed to set employees up for failure, with impossible deadlines and contradictory expectations. Unprofessional Management: Leadership lacks basic decency and communication skills, often resorting to intimidation and public humiliation. Lack of Employee Value: Employees are treated as expendable resources rather than valued contributors. There's no focus on growth, learning, or career development. High Turnover Rate: Constant resignations and terminations indicate the deep-rooted issues within the company. Manipulative Practices: Policies and procedures are twisted to serve the management’s agenda, leaving employees feeling trapped and disrespected. General Chaos: The organization operates with poor planning, a lack of transparency, and zero accountability. Final Thoughts: The company fails to meet even the basic standards of professionalism and employee care. Unless drastic changes are made, it will continue to disappoint anyone who joins with hopes of building a meaningful career.

They promise you to give you appraisal in 6 months after 6 months they'll hang you for an year They'll terminate employees for no reason, they'll force you to serve the 3 months of notice period but they'll not gonna pay you even for single month

Likes are they teach you how to be fraud and spoil other careers. Cheating is in the blood of so called VP and GM ( who acts to be very decent) want to learn cheating, fraudness, spoiling careers of someone, threatening someone with police case, join the company who does business in LinkedIn as Virtual interactive but actual name of business is Step Up Consulting… don’t want salary please join, don’t want increment join. This is the best part of the company…. You will enjoy here and learn fraud thing…

All dislikes are there in Like section. Biggest part don’t trust this (VP, so called lady Partner or MD and of course the GM) big shit talks they do, rented laptop and rented office, even all my colleague talks shit about this people… Happy to be in another company. My settlement not done… leave mine, it includes for everyone… check with my ex employee/colleague before joining…

The promise you increament but even after completing 1 year I didn't get the hike, they give excuses about not having enough budget to raise my salary. They kept their notice period of 3 Months but even after serving the notice period, the employees don't get paid.

The management will promise you many things when you join, but you will get none of those, when you will be leaving the job they will force you to work for them even threat you about sending police to your house and even if you serve notice period, they won't even pay for it.
