Virtual Clone is good for one who is a layman at his/her accounting career. You can learn Bookkeeping aspects provided there is always a sense of stability at your Job. Even they did well in this current pandemic. Staffs are excellent possess professional nature.

Dislikes

Increment is very less. Some of team's pay are very high but the same work in fact the double work load you been paid 30% lesser. Its really annoying. I have a tag of Bookkeeper but I am pulling off myself like a Accountant or equivalent to an Accountant.

Nothing. Work politics could be in control with proper vigilance. But as they say, if there are 4 people gathered in a place, politics has to take place, that's what basic human nature is.

Firstly, I would like to take a moment to appreciate the wonderful opportunity given to me to be a part of reputed organization like Virtual Clone. As a fresher I always wanted to be a part of organization which gives me a right atmosphere at the workplace and supporting colleagues, for this I think Virtual Clone is the best. This is one of the biggest reason why this organization tops my priority list.

Work-Life Balance, Job security, and less job pressure, salaries on time

Dislikes

No proper hierarchical structure - can't see for long-term in the company as there is no proper career path decided. promotion in the role is not in the company. Administration department is not that good, when any question asked to them, they don't have that answer.
