Dislikes

...changed timing or left the job. Got many health issues due to changing shifts. Very often change salary structure. Reduced my salary by 50k per annum due to salary structure change. No salary hike for higher positions employees, will offer salary hike only when you resign. Staff often change (HR team, BIM team). Even client are not happy and left due to unprofessionalism. Also do not trust on other positive feedback as they forced employees to give positive feedback or else employees F&F not released. Notice period was terrible, never feel so bad in my all these years of experience.

VBS is transparent company and treats people based on their work merits. Young and energetic management who keeps trying innovative things at workplace. Highly recommend for one who wants to learn in depth knowledge and grow. Honestly, it's one of the best company I have worked in my 10 years Carrier. Highly recommended.
