Additionally, I was promised overtime pay during my interview, but despite working overtime, I never received the compensation that was agreed upon. The worst part came when I decided to leave. The company demanded a hefty sum of 40,000 rupees to release my relieving letter, which felt like an unfair and unnecessary practice. I ended up paying the amount just to move on, but this experience has left a sour taste. Overall, I do not recommend this company due to its toxic atmosphere and lack of transparency or fairness.
