There is Nothing to Like there except Salary on 1st. No Training / Induction ,No job security, Excessive Politics, Low stock, High sales pressure, Vision less Management, No Strategy or Planning or Meeting, Poor Infrastructure of Offices, Lack of System, Whatever system they have , are negative.

Vision Less Management, No Training Or Induction, No Job Security (They can ask you any time to leave without tailing you any reason), Excessive Politics, Low Inventory, No Strategy/Planning, Poor Infrastructure of Offices, Negative System. Everyone in the company sitting in H.O. running the company and owner In himself.

They are supporting employees by Terminating and 50% salary cuts.
