Everyone in the company sitting in H.O. running the company and owner In himself.

No Company Policy and No job security. No any other benefits like PF nd insurance.Nothing to learn nothing to grow or lift you up in this company totally baseless culture. Not recommendable at any cost.

... a duty for a dealer no hr involved, professionally zero and disgusting culture. Cut of your leaves not even updated for salary slips and even appointment letter. Job security like exactly like you nothing in your hand.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Everything, "Jo Babu k pass hai wahi khaas hai". They are typically ka garbage company they use one as per there requirement and can kick you anytime. Here Uday Pandey is general manager he is Just here because of Babu. A Rookie can work better than Uday Pandey. They don't the value of their position here GM call distributors for payment. Here selection is done not by company but as per distributors,if distributors refers someone he is in then.
