Vision Less Management, No Training Or Induction, No Job Security (They can ask you any time to leave without tailing you any reason), Excessive Politics, Low Inventory, No Strategy/Planning, Poor Infrastructure of Offices, Negative System. Everyone in the company sitting in H.O. running the company and owner In himself.

They are supporting employees by Terminating and 50% salary cuts.

No Company Policy and No job security. No any other benefits like PF nd insurance.Nothing to learn nothing to grow or lift you up in this company totally baseless culture. Not recommendable at any cost.

... a duty for a dealer no hr involved, professionally zero and disgusting culture. Cut of your leaves not even updated for salary slips and even appointment letter. Job security like exactly like you nothing in your hand.
