Dislikes

...e dictator. Their is no appraisal you only get 5 persentage hike in every year. Which is lower than the infiltration so every year your salary will be reduced

...will take his relations forward. Every HR team also sucks. 1) No carrier growth. 2) salary is not received on time. 3) No job security. 4) No salary growth. 5) A dirty atmosphere has been created in the HOD & HR head department.

It was tough to work there. As a fresher I learned a lot but only from juniors(experienced fitters,welders )because they are doing their job from more than 10 years.

Dislikes

There was no work life balance and some seniors are toxic. Less salary to everyone .
