From the management and salary to the employees benefits and work culture, everything is very praise worthy in Viraj Profiles Limited. This company has been in the steel sector of India for a very long time. it is among the top companies. And the only reason is that it has a strong management which take cares of everything. I am hopeful that i will continue here for many more years.

Sometimes I feel that the facilities in the washroom should be increased a bit. The bulbs often don't work These should be regularly checked.

I once had issues working in the starting. But my boss very dedicatedly explained me all the work and helped me get on board. After this, I never found any difficulties.

... pay. So despite the fact that there are quite less jobs available at this time. they are paying me a salary I have also got my bonus for Diwali which I was not expecting at all. I know many of my colleagues in the former offices who are not even getting a full salary even in these months. So, this company providing your complete salary along with the bonus is really a remarkable thing. Through I did not got the bonus as much like that of my colleague caz i had joined recently but I am happy that i got it, This is great going! Thank you very much for making Diwali special.

I am at good position in this company. I am being given a great salary package as well as hikes in the salary. In the corona virus lock down too, my salary did not get affected. Even the increment was not delayed during this time. The organization did not shutdown its operations when a large number of companies were not operating at all. Viraj Profiles Limited has been organizing sanitization drills on a timely basis and in a strict manner. Every area of the workplace has been sincerely sanitized for employee safety. We also have Sanitization tunnel installed in all the plants and offices for the safety of the employees.

Dislikes

There is no big disadvantages or something to dislike as such. The training sessions are conducted regularly. I will only like to suggest that the training sessions should be encouraged more often. They are very helpful for all.

...y I left the job without notice period because I can not work with cheap people. Overall company is good , salary is ok.
