...ns of stomach. The companies policies are also good except the management staff. The bonus given every year is incredible except the the salary paid to the employees. The best part I like is job security which is great In our organization. There are some points where organisation should to look into. As a supervisor that's I would like to express my views regarding our company.

Being polite I'll sadly tell the facts which I regularly see in our company while working with an international organisation I feel good but the management under which i work don't give me the satisfaction by salary which it should. As an supervisor I don't feel like to work with such kind af atmosphere. Also the benefits like gymnasium (fitness), sports and activities, education facilities which are well and good for the staff and organization which we would like to see by our organization are also not done.

Viraj Profile ltd. company exporting material with 90%.(stainless flat , channel , angel , Bright bar) there have lots off opportunity and learning skill about sap or logistics documentation with international Sales manger. they giving traveling by bus or leaving by hostel system to every employees.

There have no limitation about working hours. salary given timing too much late. no incriminate.

...e dictator. Their is no appraisal you only get 5 persentage hike in every year. Which is lower than the infiltration so every year your salary will be reduced
