Likes

Management is very good and supportive but not every time. Work pressure is not an issue here, TIME is an issue.

Dislikes

Future aspect is not remarkable when you need to switch elsewhere. Promotion is a main problem. Work load increases but employee did not gets promotion by any means, it takes long time for that. Don't even think about work appraisal.

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
