Management is CEO friends and relatives

Work culture -Negative Pay-Ready to deduct even at minor mistakes Layoffs-After probation they will throw u out. No regards-Can shout at you and abuse you anytime Harrasment-Be careful at office parties Grammar-session needs to be done for management first before employees.Huge gap with modals and clauses. Group- Spoiled ones are the part of group with MO nd if u are not the part of the group you will be treated belittle. Confusion-Procedures change according to decision about whom should be blamed Threats-Dont think twice before threatening anyone. They will treat u nice in first month later they will treat you like a servant

Worst company to work with Viraj ventures is fake company, they are into real estate named as Realty Assistant..A worst company to start ur career.. Leaders are illiterate, they hire MBA,'s in the name of Viran Ventures , finaly put those new aspirants in sales profile Truly unprofessional company and full of illiterate leaders

Be job less but never join them as thier leaders are cheater .. they already have FIR from BOP wherein Ankit pradhan was employee and did fraud with the company

Ghatiyaa company bilkul gooooo.....As I'm working here it's my genuine view ... They don't have money to provide salry still they hire 5 batches from college campus now after 3-4 months they forced them to resign ... There were lots of opportunity in my college still I choose the baddest one.. Believe me I'm regretting ..
