I like the salary here. When I switched over to this company, I got a 200% hike in my annual CTC. My take home salary has doubled. My perks have also increased. I get free food vouchers here. Even my PF contributions have increased manifold. I have also been provided with a car & a driver. I am happy AF.

I don’t like the ad hoc nature of work. The company should have better management structuring

...f as the CEO of the company in the next five years. My work is appreciated here. Just got a massive pay hike & promotion last month itself. The work is also doing great. I like the positive & conducive atmosphere here. The company also has a very good paid leave policy.

Dislikes: I don’t like the non-flexible timings here. You must punch in at 9.30 & punch out at 10.30.

Sudden Termination with no reason and compensation No HR policy No work life balance No leave Strict timing with lot of dedication if you are late even 1 minute Mon to Sat working with extra hours All the time you will be tensed while in office because you will find Every single person is Boss because all are sr. Management is CEO friends and relatives

Work culture -Negative Pay-Ready to deduct even at minor mistakes Layoffs-After probation they will throw u out. No regards-Can shout at you and abuse you anytime Harrasment-Be careful at office parties Grammar-session needs to be done for management first before employees.Huge gap with modals and clauses. Group- Spoiled ones are the part of group with MO nd if u are not the part of the group you will be treated belittle. Confusion-Procedures change according to decision about whom should be blamed Threats-Dont think twice before threatening anyone. They will treat u nice in first month later they will treat you like a servant
