Owner driven work culture, poor management, lack of professionals and professionalism, no job security, even probation confirmation is not given and extended so as not give aprisals. All employees are told that they are not performing and hence no increment, firing from job. Sales is getting down, no profit, question of future profitability

Only working with the management and owner. Also, given multiple chances to work independently and excellent international opportunity

Dislikes

Agression and salary. No team work, everyone are fighting for theirs own benefits not for company.

(1) Freshers can develop their career (2) Good company for 2 years maximum to work

(1) No timely response, delay processes (2) People in specific department hold liability, other are not liable to any answers

Dislikes

No hierarchy system followed by the owners. Unethical practices rampantly followed by owners. Howling and Shouting by Senior Owners in office. Unprofessional behaviour. Highly abusive nature of management.

Evrything . No job stability no acknowledgement. Terrible plc to work. If u want to b demotivated n lose ur self confidence this is the best plc. U r hammered n made to feel like a loser each sec of your work time.
