There is a very poor work culture here, only cheating goes on. Here only chamchagiri (chamchagiri) goes on, when Marji holds the salary and listens to those who do chamchagiri (chamchagiri). HR, manager, GM, everyone is found in Apsa, they resign at the time of salary and do not answer the phone.

Vipul motors is a big and many dealer in India of maruti suzuki. over all v good experience.

Dislikes

salary and appraisal is not good for back office staff. do not any training classes for better work productivity in department.

Really this complany is very bad company for employee point of view, not use covid 19 safety tools, not security of job as well as salery, not follow Indian Government guidelines regarding lockdown and others.

I dont like working at vipul motors there all staff include manager irrate.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, i have to work 12 above hours straight in a day.Managers do not value an individuals.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
