Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

staff and MD all just plays office politics.totally waste company is. They dont have importance of staff and worst communication skills.they will use all u r vendors details and tell u go home.MD thinking is very cheap level. I doubt has he completed any project before.he totally waste of time person.all staff are just providing false assurance .
