The VIPAS.AI company is a small group of people, so only founder handles all the HR stuffs, so I recently switched to another company, the founder was really rude and insulted me. Plus in the relieving letter he put a wrong signature, due to which I m facing issues in my current company, and the salary settlement was also not good. In VIPAS.AI, I built all the backend services from scratch, every single services, and the founder didnt even have the courtesy to reply to my background verification(due to which I m facing issues in my current company). Please never join this company, as leaving the company is a very experience both physically and mentally. He mentally and verbally harassed not only me but other ex employess as well who tried to leave this company.
