Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Nothing is good here. This company like jail. We are forced to work up to 12hour instead of 8hour regular duty. No single leave available for employees. Also they are not paid my last 2 months salary and forcefully told me to not attend duty.

Dislikes

There no reporting and no organisational structure. Everyone has to listen to MD Sidddappa Gowda. The MD always use offensive language to everyone.
