It's a lala company where u can be fired anytime, staff are also not good, they are playing every time office politics. I suggest never join this type company otherwise your future will be spoil.

They takes 6-7 rounds Everytime they confirm that u r short listed and take another month to reply Offer salary and doesn't stand with their own words Worst HR Hiring managers level for 35K who is already taking more then that They are just stupid people Nothing else

The company gave exposure to the Automotive sector. As a result, I get to travel to major Auto-manufacturing clusters in India. Another plus point do Designers is that will see new technologies and parts in Automotive Sector. No bondation on software to work.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Sometimes no training for fresher, hence senior persons have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

...ou complete 1 year then corporate team start to pressurized and start to remove. Don't come salary on time. Everytime salary deduct of every employee. No convence on time.
