...ou complete 1 year then corporate team start to pressurized and start to remove. Don't come salary on time. Everytime salary deduct of every employee. No convence on time.

The will give you more salary than other competitors but will force you to be their slave and I mean it when I say slave.

Management's vision, 3 month's notice period policy, high attrition, no formal training, and at last, if you are on leave for more than 5 days including weekly off your salary will be deducted for the next days and weekly off will also be considered as leave.

...al in this company. No one tell you about the work. No support from your senior. Salary is also coming late and every time HR deduct salary for useless reasons.

It's a lala company where u can be fired anytime, staff are also not good, they are playing every time office politics. I suggest never join this type company otherwise your future will be spoil.
