There is a lot of scope for learning. Everyone is given a chance to put forth their opinions and interpretations. There is no distinction between trainees and manager level employees when it comes to work exposure and client interaction.

There is a lot of micro-managing from the top level which can be frustrating. Work culture is poor presently but it is improving. No flexibility in terms of log in time, leaves, work from home facility, etc. While the focus on academic contribution is good, the pressure to complete articles along with normal routine work seems unfair and difficult.

Vinod Kothari is inhuman. There is absolutely no work life balance in the organisation and every decision is taken as per his mood which is mostly ominous. Although there is lot to learn in the organisation for Company Secretaries but one should only work here if he/she can sacrifice every other thing except work. You need to work even on Sundays and even after that he may fire you at any point of time. Join responsibly.
