No Career growth. Data entry work To much favouratism towards some employees. No freedom of work. You have to work always under senior's supervision. Can't handle any work independently. You will stuck with a single task. You will not get any exposure here. You will get bored after certain period.

Lots of dislike in this firm, HR managment Are very bad, no safe in this organisation. They are very bad. Employees are good but managment is very bad. No one can help you in your bad patch.

One of the best companies to work in Things I liked in Vinmar 1)Job security of you are skilled at your job, many people are working here for more than 10 years. 2) Good exposure in imports 3) Health insurance, yearly company outing, every festival is celebrated. 4) HR, Managers and HOD are very approachable and are very understanding. 5) Work from Home during COVID

Management expectes impossible deadlines even during high workload which increases pressure, resulting in working more hours. Work life balance is not good.
