Third class company. Dont get fooled with HR's point. You will not get any benefits (leave salary, bonus) from the company. Their HR will talk patiently to you until she gets her commision from company, and then she wont even pick ur call. They never give salary who serves notice period. If you want to leave, take salary and run away. Company's director will force u to dispatch the faulty products and if complaints come then he will make you responsible for that.

No Target based work, all you have to do is maintain routine work, Director is supporting your new Ideas. 9.30-6 timing after that no one will interrupt on work. Much time to explore and learning.

Dislikes

...ors will never be able to grow you. Directors only listens to senior management. No paid leaves, HR department is consultant based, so basically they only do cost cutting from workers salary to showcase their performance.

If you want to study for course or preparing for further studies. This is the best place as here you will get less salary but no work pressure.

Dislikes

Worst company ever. They just fool us about facilities but actually here we don't have any facilities. Also increment hike is 1 to 5% maximum.
