Third class company. Dont get fooled with HR's point. You will not get any benefits (leave salary, bonus) from the company. Their HR will talk patiently to you until she gets her commision from company, and then she wont even pick ur call. They never give salary who serves notice period. If you want to leave, take salary and run away. Company's director will force u to dispatch the faulty products and if complaints come then he will make you responsible for that....Read More

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
