Daily meeting it's not like it and other company pf facility both side but our comapny cut the pf employee side and compant not give a diwali bouns also. And so much prasher in the all salesman all day doing the meeting and insurance policy is not good company not provide a insurance card every salesman

The company is vary mach sincere about giving salary & other benefits to the employees. About the jobs & duties employees are not only responsible, company has also done there work from there end.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
