Its a good company ,to work with ,takes care of you gives u salary on tym and hasba good work environment

The worse thing was, i got promotion and incentives for my work but withount any notice they terminated me on no solid ground, i was wandering without job for 1 and half months my financial situation was difficult to handle.

Comapny salary policy is good end of the month salary in our account

Daily meeting it's not like it and other company pf facility both side but our comapny cut the pf employee side and compant not give a diwali bouns also. And so much prasher in the all salesman all day doing the meeting and insurance policy is not good company not provide a insurance card every salesman

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
