I am working in 19-03-2019 to 15-08-2020 in vindhya office but June month my salary 19000 cutting but next month not credited in my account .I am asking my TL And data entry manager but sir tell next month credit in your account but not credit my account , August month my salary 5000 is cutting.totally 24000 cutting in my salary no response no reply my TL AND Data entry manager ..

I believe that the colleague and the culture of the company was good at some level. I have learnt a lot from my managers and problem.

Low salary, no learning program for employees, management is not up to the mark

Environment of the company is friendly and healthy There is no such more strictness. They always have walk in interviews. HR department and support staff are the best desk of the company.

Dislikes

The most important thing salary is very less. 10.5K is very less Salary for a fresher also. Asking girls to complete their targets and extend their stay till late evening. TL's rude behaviour. They don't conduct fun activity. Lack of appreciation. Pick and drop facility not available. 5 working days is not there. If all the above points will make any impact on the company.. then please increase the salary for all of us... And appreciation too which we don't get actually.

This is very bad company also and company hr no lestion any talking empolye only any desicion choce to senior level tl and manager than any empolye problem so this company relive that agent i all ready see that lot of case.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair.

Dislikes

The management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
