Salary Delays. Poor management. Management put their failures on lower level employees. They have started micromanaging as they are not able to achieve their goals. No empathy.

My best thing about working at Vinculum was with the people I worked with. I was one of the few people in the company, who was lucky enough to get the best of managers, team, and work I like doing. Also, I got the opportunity to work among cross-functional teams.

Dislikes

...hence folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is painful sometimes. They hire expensive resources but not ready to pay or appreciate their current valuable resource. You only get appraised when you resign and there is no replacement.

Nothing, Salary's is not on time nor the FNF. You have to escalate or show personal reasons to get the same

Very Poor Management and staff, they do not care what employees are working or have been trained properly to give output.
