I don't have much to say there's to be liked..

Dislikes

1. Pay is almost as other medical college or less 2. Very bad attitude of management 3. Too much of fake work than real patients 4. No monetary benefit for experience 5. No chance of promotion for genuine faculty but fake faculties and management influential faculty get promoted even without visiting or working in medical college

Thankless employer and administrator. There is no recognition and rewarding for sincerely working people. Administration is being biased.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
