I've been with Vinayak Ingredients for 2+ years . I began my journey as a Business Development Officer and have recently been promoted as an Assistant Manager- Sales. Over these years I have learnt a lot about creating and implementing strategies ,which has been a game changer for me. I got an opportunity to lead a team within two years , something I am grateful for because Management trust me . During my tenure with the company , i've developed my skills, from building a team , setting up a new business vertical to grooming myself to becoming a responsible team leader. If you are joining the sales team , expect great opportunity for travelling, personal grooming, image building. one can expect good exposure to the food industry on account of various domestic and international shows/ expos that Vinayak participates in. Overall ,my journey at VIPL has been about Growth (both professional & personal).

Dislikes

A few things that could be improved: Sometimes, the work load can get a bit intense, especially around major exhibitions or client deadlines. It would also be nice to have more structured training sessions for new joiners.

Likes

Learning experience is good. For freshers there is much available to learn. Get to work on multiple product segments. Open for trying out new methods for approaching work. Individual approach is welcomed. Good opportunities to attend exhibitions and meet new people in the industry to learn market trends.

Dislikes

Considering the company's growth phase, the key challenges currently revolve around maintaining consistency in following plans and ensuring their effective execution. Additionally, there is a lack of established method for a systematically collecting market data and efficiently translate it into actionable insights.

Likes

The company offers good opportunities to learn and move up in your career. The team is supportive and the work culture is friendly. There are many diffrent roles, so you can gain experience in multiple areas. Both Director and Managing Director are approchable and provide good guidance

Dislikes

Sometimes work life balance can be a bit challenging during busy times, but the work itself is interesting, which keeps things exciting.

It's a great learning oppurtunity to be affiliated with VIPL group as the company is coming up with new and innovative concepts/ offerings at short intervals thereby helping us to gain knowledge about the products and insights about the industry. Oportunities such as business travel, visiting new places, meeting decision makers of the food Industry, promoting innovative concepts to FMCG companies helps boost self confidence.

Weekly off adjusted with puublic holidays.

Working here as a recruiter has been a great learning experience! I have picked up a lot new skills, and the work has been interesting and engaging. The Team is really supportive and I get to work on different kind of roles, which keep things fresh. Its a friendly place to grow and learn, and I'm glad to be a part of it
