Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Here no job security and salary provide in cash and also salary is very low 5000- 12000 maximum. Don't provide offer letter, joining letter and experience letter. DIDN'T PROVIDE ME EXPERIENCE LETTER AFTER. Now i left so didn't give my salary.

personally i don't feel there was something i can say that i like. Contrary of this they misinterpret things a lot, i can't trust any person in the company, management was very cheap. No one communicates respactfully.....

they fired me without any notice period and before contract was over

Provide a Good IT services and ,fresher engineer's employee can got good knowledge in this company. In this company with work engineer got more and more knowledge and information about information technology. Company has good engineer's team and it provides excellent service of information technology, like Hardware, Networking, server, CCTV etc...
